SUNDERBAN means beautiful (sunder) forest (ban) in Bengali. Sundarban is mangrove forest and it is one of the largest forests in the world which lies on the delta of the river Ganges, river Brahmaputra and river Meghna on the Bay of Bengal. After division of the country, approx. 60% area went into Bangladesh, remaining 40% lies in India. It was inscribed as world heritage site by UNESCO in 1997.
18th Jan 2021:
Reach Howrah station at early morning by 4.00AM. there will be a pickup by A.C bus and transfer to Gadkhali Jetty through beautiful countryside’s rural bazaar. Breakfast will be provided on the way. You will be arriving at Gadkhali by 8:00AM. Luggage will be transferred to motorized boat and we will sail in the same boat. We will be moving towards Sajnekhali island to complete necessary formalities. We will be visiting the Interpretation Centre and then sail towards Bali Island. We will check-in into Eco friendly camp by 12:00PM at noon which will be our local HQ. There will be lunch at the camp followed by three hours bird watching and game cruise to nearby watch tower through rivers and canals. We will be back in the camp by evening. There will be Infotainment provided by our poacher-turned- guides over tea and snacks. We will be having dinner with the co-participants for interaction and overnight stay at the camp. (B, L, D)
19th Jan 2021:
There will be morning tea and breakfast. On this day, we will have a full day game cruise and bird watching tour at Netidhopani and further visit to Watch Tower (subject to weather conditions). Packed lunch will be served during the tour. We will be back to the Camp by evening. You can experience the local Rural theatre (Bonobibi Yatra) performed by the villagers. The theatre tells interesting story about the Tiger Lord, Forest God and Goddess, fishermen and honey collectors with lot of songs and dances. Dinner will be at the camp with overnight stay. 20th Jan 2021:
After the morning Tea and breakfast, we will head for another day of Bird watching and game cruise towards DoBanki Tiger Reserve which will be through small canopy walk. After the lunch, there will be afternoon visit at other Watch Towers or Bird watching and mammal watching in different areas. There will be overnight stay at the camp. Informative session will be organized by our trained Naturalist. (B, L, D)
21th Jan 2021:
After the morning Tea and breakfast, there will be guided Village Walk in which participants are encouraged to have a close interaction and encounters with the local villagers and observe their lifestyle, local crafts and cuisines, Indigenous farming and household equipment used by the villagers. Guided adventure will continue in the Cruise by manually oared country Boat. We will be back in the camp for lunch. After the lunch, we will proceed to Gadkhali and then transfer to Kolkata by A.C. Terms & Conditions:
We require copies of passport or other identification documents at the time of booking.
All bookings will be confirmed on advance payment basis.
Any change in entrance fees or taxes will be borne by the participants.
Changes in policies by Ranthambore National Park authorities will be intimated and binding on participants.
Changes on status of bookings will be intimated 45 days before the date of departure.
No refund will be admissible to participants who will shorten the duration of proposed package as per their interest.
Participants are required to carry the Booking Confirmation Voucher (e-copy) with them throughout.
All bookings are on individual/sharing basis based on prior request.

Responsibilities for their belongings rest with the participants.
We will not be liable for any damages except the booking amount in case of tour cancellation due to state emergencies or natural calamities.
Note: The participants are not allowed to get down from the vehicle throughout the safari. A set of rules and regulation exists for Jungle Safari and the Guide inside the Park is aware of that and will impose on all the guests inside the Park. One has to follow his instruction in order without fail for their own safety.
